Typical Unit Inclusions & Finishes

Each unit at the Zeal Residences Cavite has a floor finish of ceramic tiles or equivalent in all areas of the unit. The walls are cement-finished with paint. The main entrance door is wood laminated, while the bedroom (for one-bedroom and combined units) has a sliding laminated wood door. The bathroom, on the other hand, has a PVC door. The sliding windows are larger than typical condo units and have aluminum frames: The bathroom has a combination of tiles and painted cement finished on the portion walls. The kitchen may have a metal or ceramic countertop with a sink, accessories, and under-counter cabinets.

Amenities & Facilities

Unlike other condo communities in Metro Manila, the Zeal Residences has its own gate and a guardhouse. They are guarded by courteous and responsible personnel 24/7. Since the property has seven residential buildings (for its initial launch) arranged in a cluster, there are linear parks in-between buildings. These linear parks have landscaped gardens and walking paths.
